Minimum educational qualification
- Senior Certificate (or its equivalent) with Mathematics or Accounting as a subject passed.

Computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel PowerPoint, Email) and relevant knowledge, skills and experience of processes, procedures and prescripts, legislative framework and PFMA. Knowledge and experience in LOGIS and BAS. Knowledge of SCOA codes, reports and LOGIS/BAS in depth. Experience and knowledge in supplier reconciliation. Knowledge of ledger accounts, debts and working knowledge. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Good interpersonal skills and organisational abilities.
Duties
Provide financial administration service and manage the activities in your office. Provide an efficient and effective Sundry Creditors Payment function. Make sure that all invoices are settled within 30 days. Reconciliation of monthly statements from suppliers. Providing an efficient and effective pre-authorisation and verification function. Keep and clear the Assets and Liabilities account. Maintain and manage debtor accounts. Computer systems like Logis or BAS can be handled effectively. Document filing and storage.
