Purpose of the job
To provide PMO/project/ programmed administrative support services throughout the programme/project/service life cycle.
Key Responsibility Area
- Support and coordination of the Project Office is required to ensure smooth project running.
- Help with administrative project activities such as meeting arrangements, risk management updates, issue updates and quality assurance.
- Project documentation configuration support. Support the PM with administrative assistance to ensure that the project is executed according to the SITA project management methodology.
- Monitor project financial expenditures and revenues.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Matriculation and a Certificate of Project Management (NQF Level 4) with Prince 2 Foundation, CAPM Certification or Agile PM Foundation
- Minimum of 1-2 year’s experience working in a program/project management environment. This includes 1 year of project administration and support.
