Requirements
A certificate of completion (level 4) or a grade 12 certificate. Bachelor’s degree in public management or national diploma. The incumbent should have at least two (two) years of relevant experience. Duties
The successful candidate’s scope of work will include but not be restricted to: preparing meeting packs for committees; distributing the meeting packs on time; attending meetings of committees; taking minutes; distributing the minutes; and distributing the decision matrix in a timely manner; receiving, printing and saving documents for filing. Maintain a complete and accurate receipt of all agenda items, meeting minutes and decision matrix. Create and maintain folders for hardcopy documents using central e-filling. All documents for meetings, filing and printing should be printed, numbered and indexed correctly. Create and maintain electronic document files in the central e-filling software. Prepare reports. Prepare S&T claims and cell phone claims. Prepare travel documents
