Job description
- Ensure that all Benchmark targets are consistently achieved within each measurement period
- Leads must be managed effectively and maintained in order to achieve the conversions required
- Ensure compliance with the following: – Cartrack policies and procedures
- Keep the team motivated to achieve the goals
- Feedback to senior management is continuous and on-going
- Guidance to the consultant on a continuous basis
- Promoting good relationships with colleagues, and working to maintain good working relations with other departments
- Being a good example to your staff, and showing them how you achieve results.
- Monitoring the productivity and activity of employees is essential.
- Reports can be generated daily, weekly and monthly
- Effective management of issues relating to staff, including Performance Management and Discipline procedures
- Investigating and implementing new initiatives that will improve the performance of the department, and generate sales
- Recruitment of staff requires close involvement
Minimum requirements
- Leadership skills with a proven track record
- Minimum 5-8 years call centre sales experience, of which 3 to 5 years must be in a management role.
- Understanding the different competitor offerings.
- It is important to be able build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work with the salespersons and help them to develop their knowledge about the industry.
- Target-oriented and deadline-driven
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Problem-solving skills are essential
