Job Description

Ideal candidates will convert showroom visitors to sales by demonstrating products, meeting sales goals, and handling order capture and documentation. You will understand customer needs and pricing, as well as highlight product features. You will also resolve customer questions and manage payments and refunds.

• Manage your entire customer journey from opening an account to processing orders, to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Use comprehensive product knowledge to manage pricing and ensure customers get accurate information.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently by understanding the needs of customers and exceeding their expectations.
• Adheres to quality standards. This ensures that all processes and interactions are maintained at the highest possible level of accuracy and service.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized by maintaining regular housekeeping. This will ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
• Use WFS as a tool to improve store processes and identify improvement areas.
• Manage stock management through accurate inventory levels and regular stock checks.
• Manage all administrative tasks and reporting efficiently. Ensure that all records are kept up-to-date and that performance metrics are tracked accurately.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12/Matricula (Minimum Requirement)
• Retail experience of at least 1 year is required
• You must be available for shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Homewares retailing is a lucrative industry.
