- A Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, with proof of ongoing work at the Doctoral level.
- A minimum of four years experience teaching in higher education.
- A minimum of one peer-reviewed publication in a scholarly magazine
- A PhD in Organic Chemistry.
- Organic Chemistry is a clearly defined field of study.
- At least five years of relevant academic management experience and a teaching, research, and community involvement track record.
- Proof of active involvement in professional, industrial, and/or local activities.
- Demonstrated competence in managing and administering an academic program.
