Auto Pedigree seeks a Creditors Manager with experience and qualifications to join its Finance Team, located in Spartan Kempton Park.

Motus Vacancies Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a fast-paced environment that handles large volumes.
• Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary education is an advantage

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Maintain the Creditors Database by creating creditor codes, deleting suppliers that are inactive, updating contact information for suppliers, and verifying beneficiary banking details.
• Assure the accuracy and prompt reconciliation of all accounts with suppliers and the resolution of any queries between branches and the suppliers. Pay suppliers according to the terms.
• Responsible for the monthly closing of records and posting information at month’s end; ensures accuracy in financial statements.
• Assures compliance with audit and legislative requirements, including minimization of risk through the implementation of policies and procedures.
• All creditor clerks are to be supervised.
• Employees are trained and evaluated to improve their performance, work product, and development. Addresses issues of performance and makes personnel action recommendations
• Help with internal and external audits as required
• As and when needed, perform ad hoc duties
