Junior Learnership Description

Absa Home Loans Collections is offering a learnership opportunity to young people with talent and enthusiasm. The learnership program is aimed at young people who are passionate about using technology to empower customers. This learnership program at Absa Home Loans combines classroom learning with real-world exposure to customer service. You must be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer service skills
• Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate an ability to listen and communicate well as well as work effectively in a group.
• Be courteous and professional. They should be able to work under pressure
• A self-starter who has a hands-on approach
• You will be exposed to Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement for a 12-month period. The successful candidates must commit to completing all academic modules as well as on-the-job training.

ABSA Learnership Requirements

• Age of the candidate should be between 18-30
• The CV must be detailed and include all relevant references and contacts.
