The Mvula Trust Learnership Information
As part of our Human Capital Development Strategy, the Mvula Trust has been appointed to the Department of Basic Education SAFE Programmes. We offer Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for students in Built Environment at our branches in Eastern Cape, Limpopo, and KZN. This strategy aims to address the skills shortages within our communities and supports our Training and Development Strategy. This enriching experience is open to youth between 18 and 35 years old, young women and people with disabilities. Candidates selected for placement will receive training in various skills to prepare them for future employment. Preference will go to unemployed youths who are currently living in the Eastern Cape area, Limpopo or KZN.

All successful candidates will be placed in schools for 6 months in the following disciplines:
