Your Main Focus Areas
- Month-end reports and balance sheet accuracy
- Variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Managing salary payments, EFT batches, and bank reconciliations
- Team leadership across creditors, debtors, and cashbook functions
- Stock reporting, fixed asset entries, and fleet cost tracking
What You Need
A Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting is required. Studying towards CIMA will give you an edge. Experience with SARS e-filing, advanced Excel skills, and solid trial balance knowledge are important. You’ll also need to be confident using SYSPRO and leading a finance team.
