Responsibilities
- Assisting the store manager in the process of taking stock and Store administration
- Analyze and monitor the movement of stock within the store
- Use risk management strategies to reduce losses on stock and shrinkage.
- Verify compliance with the administration, systems, and reporting procedures
- The store report is extracted to analyze the store’s turnover and performance in terms of stock
- Learn and give information to store manager
- Maintain and organize the filing systems of stores
- Control and monitor the cash or transactional activity to ensure the procedure is being followed
- Maintain the security and safety of your store.
- Process customer transactions using the”active retail” system (POS)
- Recognizing the needs of customers through professional engagement and communicating.
- Build customer loyalty through promoting cash reward programs.
- Make an effort to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Follow the principles of visual Merchandising and adhere to housekeeping guidelines
- Take advantage of every opportunity to build your own selling abilities and knowledge of products.
