- Experience as a teacher’s assistant in the junior primary phase.
- Experience in carrying out duties as a Sport Coach at the junior and senior primary phases.
- Plan, assist and promote sports and cultural activities in the Junior and Senior Primary Phases.
- Willingness and willingness to participate in weekend sports, extra murals or other activities.

- Set and ensure the highest standard of personal conduct, dress and attendance for the department.
- Fostering and building excellent relationships with educators and learners.
- Develop and foster a positive teamwork atmosphere within the department.
- Showing confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest coaching practices and lead forward planning within your department.
- Promoting the school’s aims and values by establishing common standards.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of school events.
- Promoting the school by establishing effective links with the partner schools and community.
- Assume professional duties as a coach and work in compliance to school policies and procedures.
- Encourage excellence in learning and coaching, as well as developing and improving the coaching practices of others.
- Commitment to education, and willingness to contribute values and ethos to the school.
