Sanbs Driver Job Details
This role sits within the Distribution unit at SANBS’s Constantia Kloof Business Unit. The job includes transporting goods and sometimes passengers in a timely and efficient manner. It’s a key part of ensuring the safe delivery of blood and related products.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll handle trip sheets, inspect vehicles, secure blood products, and report irregularities. Transporting goods responsibly, adhering to the National Road Traffic Act, and promoting SANBS’s image are all part of the role.
You’ll also manage passenger trips when required. This includes collecting transport requests, welcoming guests, and guiding them professionally. Some admin tasks include logbook entries, answering calls, cleaning vehicles, and reporting incidents.
