Procurement Unit Internship Purpose
The graduate program’s main objective is to help graduates transition from an institution of higher learning to the workplace. Our goal is to help our graduates become young professionals who have great prospects for the future.
ECIC Internship Key Accountabilities
The candidate who is selected will receive training in a progressive manner on the following topics (public procurements) at ECIC.
- Planning and Demand Management
- Acquisition management.
- Logistics management.
- Contract management.
- Supplier management.
- Travel management.
- Record Management.
- Respect for relevant policies, laws and regulations
- Three-bid committee system
The training will cover all the procurement methods used at ECIC Internship. This includes petty money, a written quotation, three or more written quotations, a bidding process and other procurement methods.
Procurement Unit Internship Qualities
When required, will work beyond normal business hours.
