Job description
The position is characterized by the following responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests as well as students and staff
- Transfer and receive calls within the company
- Perform a variety of administrative duties and assist with the coordination of events.
- Distribute the mail within MANCOSA at times and as required
- Help students with questions and help with visitors to walk-ins
- Perform job-related tasks ad hoc when assigned
- Inventory Control for SOE and BCL
Minimum requirements
- A valid office administrator certificate or a similar document
- A minimum of one year of experience
- Product and brand knowledge
- MS Office Suite
- Basic computer abilities (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Professional communication abilities (Verbal and non-verbal)
