Experience
- Experience in marketing, branding, and communication.
- Proven track record of managing high-level administrative tasks, including scheduling, engagement with stakeholders, and high-level administrative duties
- Experience in handling board engagements and governance documents, as well as confidential executive communications.
- SAP experience (advantageous).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the MD as the first contact, answering questions, screening calls, and ensuring that only the most important matters are communicated to the MD.
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar efficiently, making sure that appointments and priority are properly scheduled.
- Plan national and international trips, prepare travel bags and make sure all travel documents (visas, etc.) are in order.
- Coordination and facilitation of internal and external meetings including preparation of venues, agendas and discussion materials.
- Manage reimbursements and expense reconciliations.
- Plan and manage corporate events and visits for executives and senior management, making sure all administrative and logistical needs are met.
- Maintain an effective filing system in the MD’s office to ensure accurate administrative records and easy retrieval of information.
