Purpose

Key accountabilities
- Maintaining and building an internal and external network to ensure timely effective delivery.
- Answer phone calls and help customers.
- Direct sales leads for the right member of the sales team.
- Contact clients to assist queries from customers Purchase orders, customer enquiries, SBD/Vendor forms.
- Respond to emails or other types of correspondence.
- Check-up on materials and fight instructions
- Sell and promote items and products.
- Define the benefits of promotional deals.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders/departments for sales and after sales.
- Assist in Trade Marketing Initiatives when applicable.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Fast and accurate storage of information and documents.
- Make sure all information about the client is accurate in conjunction to the Account Executive.
- SAP Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets.
- The travel arrangements are can be made on SAP for all employees (Flights and accommodation, as well as car hire)
- The ordering of stationery for the entire department using SAP.
- Respond to all complaints or queries and take action to resolve any issues.
- Answer questions regarding platforms and the services provided.
- Listen to and download audio or video files and then send them to Account Executives by every Sales Assistants across all provinces.
- Get data from various important business stakeholder groups within your organization and complete quarterly sales meetings data templates and presentation.
- Track sales expenses.
- Get sales figures input.
- Retrieval of weekly and daily track and bookings(Internal sales role).
- Make deals management documents and collect signatures required i.e. term sheets.
- Plan and arrange meetings or workshops, events such as conferences and meetings.
- Schedule quarterly reviews, both external and internal.
- Minutes taken and distributed at the minutes of weekly meetings with staff.
- Filing, Scanning & E-mail.
- Budget for the department’s management i.e. transfer of funds to stationary, travel and refreshments.
- Contact procurement.
- Control team diary entries.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Marketing, Communications or Sale or a comparable tertiary degree
- Computer literacy (Ms Office)
- Show understanding of the governance rules.
- Prove abilities to communicate (verbal as well as written)
