Cape Winelands Municipality Senior HR Practitioner Hiring Requirements:-
Requirements:
• A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
• 8 years or more relevant experience covering a broad range of human resources functions and at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Computer Literacy: MS Office
• Valid Code B Driver’s licence
• Language proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
• Required to work after normal working hours, during emergencies and planned overtime
• Excellent negotiation-, problem-solving-, conflict resolution- and presentation skills
• Ability to work under severe pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and work accurately
• Must have good interpersonal relations
