Purpose Of The Job

Minimum qualifications and requirements

• NQF Level 7 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding the engineering disciplines in depth.
• Medically fit to perform different operations (Concentrator Operation / Smelting Operation / PMR/BMR).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a twenty-four (24) month internship program. This will improve general knowledge about the PGM industry, and expose you to the technical, managerial and safety aspects of engineering in a production environment.
• Attendance at all training and development courses as required.
• Reports must be submitted in accordance with the training requirements.
• Technical support is provided to the operational areas of the company in order to help it achieve its business plans and operational targets.
