In order to ensure that the accounts in Social Development department are properly managed. Social Development department are correctly adhered to and to ensure that all aspects of the bookkeeping process are effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF stage 4 or National Diploma at NQF level 6 in Financial Administration or Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance; Experience with budgets or accounting

• Monitoring of budget and expenditure
• Monthly reports
• Procurement
• Communications
• Administration of the office
• Monitor and manage the requirements of the unit

Leading Competencies

• Basic Computer literacy which includes MS Office Applications
• Data Capturing, Analytical and Communication abilities (verbal and in writing) A high level of organisational and confidentiality skills
• Time Management ability to work in a team and independently in a group and the ability to prioritize accountability
