Pathcare Vacancies Description
A Medical Technologist, Lab Scientist or Technologist is needed to join our Hermanus branch. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate clinical competence, has high ethics and integrity and is aligned with PathCare’s values.
Medical Technician Requirements
- Certificate or 3-year Biomedical Technologist diploma or 4-year Medical Laboratory Scientist degree.
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Clinical Pathologist
- It is beneficial to be computer literate and have Meditech knowledge.
- After HPCSA registration, you must have clinical experience of at least one year.
- Experience with differential counting and Full Blood Count Morphology Review will be beneficial
- Experience with basic instrument troubleshooting is required

- You must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans, as well as English.
- You must be able to work weekends, public holidays and shifts.
