Job Description for Sales Associate Position
The ideal candidate will convert showroom visitors into sales through product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and handling order captures and documentation. You will assess customer needs, understand pricing and offers, and highlight product features. Additionally, you will resolve customer queries and manage payments, refunds, and credits.
Sales Associate Requirements
- Grade 12/Matriculated (Minimum Requirement)
- Retail experience of at least 1 year is required
- You must be available for shifts, public holidays and weekends.
- Homeware retailing is a lucrative industry.

- Manage stock management through accurate inventory levels and regular stock checks.
- Manage all administrative tasks and reporting efficiently. Ensure that all records are kept up-to-date and performance metrics accurately tracked.
