Description For Technician Position

Repair and maintain agricultural and related equipment as a service

Requirements

• N2 Qualified Technician
• Three to five years John Deere experience as technician

Key Performance Areas

• Repairs and maintenance work of John Deere tractors and equipment
• Establish and maintain positive relations with customers and make sure that all customer complaints and queries are dealt with within the specified timeframe.
• Update your job card
• Create a safe working environment and ensure that the appropriate protective equipment is utilized according to the instructions
• Make sure that you are in compliance with health and safety regulations

Technical Knowledge

• Valid driver’s license
• A good understanding of the product in fixing and maintaining tractor as well as equipment
