Key Responsibilities For TFG Vacancies
- Create visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces that align with our brand’s vision.
- Design and develop email templates that will drive engagement with customers and align the brand strategy.
- Work with the marketing and content teams in order to create email campaigns that are optimized for conversion and user interaction.
- Create and optimize digital assets to be used across multiple channels including email, social media and websites.
- Implement digital assets for the merchandising team and ensure alignment with campaigns and in-store collateral.
- Create and conceptualize new ideas for online content, while ensuring brand consistency and improving the customer experience.
- To continuously improve our online presence, we research and integrate emerging technologies, UX best practice, and design trends.
- When required, assist with the design of in-store promotional materials and digital catalogues.
- Make sure that designs are accessible, responsive and optimized for all devices and platforms.

Graphic Designer Qualifications
- Experience as a Graphic Design with at least 4 years in the retail environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience (Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, UX Design or related fields).
- Experience in digital design, including a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and web design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar.
- Experience in HTML/CSS is an advantage for web design and emailers.
- Email marketing platforms, tools and techniques for designing and testing emails.
- Portfolio showcasing website design, UX Design, and email campaigns.
