Responsibilities
- General Administration.
- Create self-audit reports every month.
- Complete all pertinent reports on a the daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
- Be sure to file correctly processes and quantity of Stock Control.
- Make sure you have a good control over stock cards that contain stock.
- Make sure that all phone or email inquiries are addressed and followed up.
- Report and manage spending against budget.
- Consignment inventory management.
- Monthly report on promotions and marketing projects.
- Performance management plans for contracts together with the staff.
- Help staff develop to their full potential.
- Support and ensure the success of candidates during Training in-house.
- Find out if there is a chance to accelerate development.
- Manage and supervise employees.
- Support candidates during development process.
- Manage Budget in the Warehouse Environment.
- Actualizing the set of results for Warehouse.
- Plan of Marketing with action items.
- Manage Sales in the Warehouse Environment.
- Make sure that you provide customer service.
- Control stock in the store.
- Be sure to monitor security and security.
Job Requirements
- National Senior Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a retail setting, including one year of experience at the superior level.
- Knowledge of relevant agricultural products.
Skills/ Competencies
