Job Description For Technical Support Consultant
iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium reseller, is home to everything Apple. With more than 30 stores in Africa, iStore offers expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs and Business, Education, Training and Technical Support for everything Apple.
We are seeking Technicians who can work 4 or 5 days per week.
Our iStore technical support technicians are a mix of individuals who are technically strong and have great people skills.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to iStore clients, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and software support. You will provide training to iStore clients as needed, as well as professional and exceptional support services.
Technical Support Consultant Requirement
- Minimum A+/N+ grade in Matriculation and IT
- Experience in Helpdesk/First Line Support
